WE5210-Rnnxp was especially designed for SOHO application. Considering the
bandwidth limitation of single xDSL line is not enough for group of SOHO users, it
supports dual- WAN port load-balance and fail-over to combine the bandwidth of two
ADSL/CABLE lines to expand the total bandwidth and keep broadband connection
always alive. It also supports IP and port-based QoS for providing enough bandwidth
to different applications and keeping those applications smooth.
In order to allow ISP to control the total traffic capacity easily, IWE5210-Rnnxp
supports “traffic capacity limitation” feature to control total traffic by each WAN port in
a period of time. Besides the wired networking and router features, it also provides
wifi connection feature to enable users to connect with router wirelessly.
Multi-WAN Load-balance & Fail-Over
IWE5210-Rnnxp supports dual- WAN port load-balance for connecting with 2 xDSL or Cable lines to share the traffic loading. With
dual WAN ports feature, it can be configured to provide a fail-over link to ensure "always on" connectivity.
Quality of Service (QoS) support
IWE5210-Rnnxp supports IP or Port based QoS to easily control the bandwidth for different applications, especially for video
conferencing, web TV, gaming and VOIP to keep different applications smooth.
Traffic Capacity Limitation Control
IWE5210-Rnnxp supports the feature of “traffic capacity limitation” by each WAN port. It can be set up the maximum traffic
capacity by upload, download or the total traffic of upload and download during period of time. So it’s easier for ISP to control the
total traffic capacity by different charge rate.
WAN Detection and testing
It supports online WAN detection to check the response speed of WAN port through ICMP, ARPING, Traffic and TCP. It keeps
updated as to the working state and lines of the router and is helpful for remote management and maintenance of equipment.
Strong firewall to prevent attacks from viruses
In order to keep long and stable operations for Internet access, IWE5210-Rnnxp supports strong firewall to prevent attacks of
ICMP flood, TCP SYN, Ping of Death.
