Overview
At Interepoch Technology, we've designed our family of wireless
communication products to precisely to meet the needs of your
business, regardless of how your network evolves in the future.
In fact, InterEpoch's entire portfolio of
wireless business solutions is optimized to increase network
access of mobile users while decreasing network complexity
and lowering the total cost of network ownership (TCO).
ENTERPRISE SOLUTION 1 - Secure WLANs
In the illustration above, the Server acts as a Gateway between the fixed Ethernet (LAN 1) and the Wireless networks (LAN 2). A public IP address is assigned to devices on LAN 1 and on the wireless LAN, each IWE3300-Ag Access Point and client have private IP addresses. Through InterEpoch's software, a network administrator has ready access to server (RADIUS, NAT, DHCP) management.
Featuring Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) and high-gain antennas, the IWE3300-Ag advanced Access Point is ideally equipped for an enterprise seeking a reliable, secure wireless network. Deploying IEEE 802.1x-compliant IWE3300-Ag advanced APs in conjunction with a RADIUS server offers an enterprise a secure wireless LAN solution when user athentication and dynamic encryption key distribution capabilities are enabled.
ENTERPRISE SOLUTION 2 - LAN-to-LAN Bridging
When an Enterprise seeks to link two remote offices onto a single network, as in the configuration above, the two LAN segments can be quickly and cost-effectively connected using either a IWE3300-Ag or IWE3300-Tg wireless bridge. To ensure a strong, reliable communication link will be established, it is recommended that high-gain antennas be used in association with the IWE3300-Ag/IWE3300-Tg wireless bridge.
ENTERPRISE SOLUTION 3 - Virtual LAN
In order to segment of the users of different room or division in the office, IWE3302-Ag supports VLAN feature to enable MIS member easily to segment different group in office. Besides, it can be easily connected between IWE3302-Ags without additional power adapter.
ENTERPRISE SOLUTION 4 - Multiple SSID
IWE3302-Ag supports Multiple SSID. If your network uses VLANs, you can assign an SSID to VLAN 001, and the access point groups client devices using that SSID into VLAN 001. This enables the separation of wireless applications based on security and performance requirements. For example, you could enable encryption and authentication on one SSID to protect private applications, such as the financial department of company, and no security on another SSID, such as marketing department, to maximize open connectivity for public usage.
